Seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide audit support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books, and a solid understanding of Indian taxation and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Record journal entries, close monthly accounts, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Invoicing & Payments: Prepare invoices, collect payments, process vendor payments, and manage payables according to agreed terms.
  • Reconciliations: Conduct ledger reconciliations, perform GSTR-2B reconciliation, and coordinate with vendors for pending filings. Quarterly reconciliation of Form 26AS is also required.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely payment and filing of statutory dues including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, etc.
  • MIS Reporting: Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to management.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors, resolve queries, and provide required documentation.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of provisions of the Income Tax Act and Companies Act applicable to companies.
  • Software Proficiency: Work effectively on Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books.
  • Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, statutory compliances, and accounting standards. Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competencies: Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage deadlines and multitask. Proactive and self-motivated approach. Strong ethical and professional conduct.

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance. A strong understanding of Indian taxation, statutory compliances, and accounting standards is essential. Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books is also required. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing audit support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
