Strategic Rewards and Performance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our global performance management, compensation planning and employee rewards and recognition strategies.

This position offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful projects and collaborate with professionals across the organization. As a senior member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global performance management and employee rewards initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive global policies and systems for rewards, compensation, and performance management.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting and communicate effectively through written and verbal communication.
  • Analyze complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing global policies and systems.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work discreetly and manage confidential and sensitive information.

Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory for this role.
