Efficient Operations Manager Sought for Production Excellence

About the Role

We are currently seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our production operations and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Oversee and execute production plans to meet targets, ensuring seamless deployment of resources and optimal utilization of equipment.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to industry standards such as IATF/ISO/IR, analyzing and addressing internal and external audit findings.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive the achievement of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets, supporting high-volume production trials, and establishing effective training programs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in managing large teams (500+ personnel).
  • In-depth knowledge of production planning, manpower deployment, and quality control.
  • Familiarity with industry compliance standards like IATF/ISO/IR.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive process improvement and implement quality control measures.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
