As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, counseling potential students over the phone and helping them make informed career decisions. You will also be responsible for answering questions about our products and company, maintaining sales reports, and taking and processing orders accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel potential students over the phone to inform them about our products and help them make better career decisions.
  • Answer questions about our products or the company.
  • Sale as per requirement from the students.
  • Maintain Sales Report and update in the CRM time to time.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in Ed-Tech Sales/Business Development Associate/Academic Counsellor/Examprep Counsellor.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate, and close a deal.
  • Solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-Centric Approach.
  • Positive attitude and Willingness to learn and excel.
