Executive Relationship Director

As an Executive Relationship Manager at Tata AIA Life Insurance, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales managers and direct distribution teams. Your primary goal will be to achieve business targets by acquiring new customers and up-selling/cross-selling existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales managers and direct distribution teams.
- Acquire new customers through various channels, including leads, natural market, references, and orphan base.
- Up-sell/cross-sell existing customers to increase sales performance.
- Provide prompt post-sales service to all allocated customers.
- Adhere to the customer touch-point engagement framework and maintain a high persistency ratio.
Requirements:
- 10+2 qualification or graduate degree.
- 0-2 years' experience in sales or a related field.
- 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of sales performance.
- Below 30 years of age.
- Good attitude, clear communication skills, and basic mathematics knowledge.
