Project Lead Role: A Career Opportunity in Network Infrastructure and Cybersecurity

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure timely execution of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects related to network infrastructure and cybersecurity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and address risks and issues proactively.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed for project discussions, implementations, and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in network infrastructure and cybersecurity domains.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Oracle).
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently based on project needs.
