Job Summary

The senior lead IT infrastructure professional is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating the organization's IT infrastructure. This role ensures the delivery, performance, and security of integrated information systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily operations of IT services, network & data center infrastructure, service desk operations, and cloud services.
  2. Define and execute IT infrastructure objectives in alignment with corporate strategies to support business operations.
  3. Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure processes, standards, and policies.
  4. Plan and manage enterprise-wide IT infrastructure strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
  5. Oversee network, data center, and cloud operations, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
  6. Ensure compliance with IT security, vendor management, and corporate audit standards.
  7. Evaluate, select, and maintain infrastructure technologies through cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management, network & data center infrastructure, and security compliance.
  • Hands-on experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.
  • Recognized cybersecurity certifications are highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing outsourced network and firewall services.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity, network security, firewall management, directory services, and video conferencing technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
