Customer Success Coordinator

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for facilitating the productivity of our advisors by conducting thorough call audits, providing detailed feedback, and assisting in enhancing conversation quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality call audits to evaluate advisor performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze inbound and outbound sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance.
  • Develop and deliver coaching programs to improve advisor conversation quality.
  • Collaborate with the training team to create and update quality guidelines and performance criteria.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Call Quality Auditor or in a quality assurance role within a sales-oriented call center.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes in a high-ticket sales environment.
  • Excellent analytical and observation skills.
  • Effective communication and feedback delivery.
  • Proficiency in using call monitoring tools and CRM software.
