Job Title: Experienced Financial Associate

 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team. As an Experienced Financial Associate, you will play a key role in providing analytical support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage portfolio details of various private equity funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze PE Funds performance by reviewing fund cash flows and quarterly/financial reports, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Calculate fund valuation data, including investment cost, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiple, and financial KPIs such as revenue, EBITDA, net debt, and valuation/leverage multiples.
  • Track operational KPIs and provide quarterly updates, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather information, communicate status updates, and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Post-graduate degree or equivalent (CFA, CA, MBA, CCRA, CIIA, CAIA).
  • 1-10 years of experience in relevant financial services, preferably with management reporting or operational finance experience and research skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel, and familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Access is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
