As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in our team's financial analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze historical financial data to identify trends and risks.
  • Challenge assumptions related to future financial projections and develop discount rates.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis and industry research.
  • Develop financial models for high-level decision-making and valuation purposes.
  • Presentation skills are crucial as you will present analyses and conclusions to internal management and external clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree and/or certifications including MBA, CA, or CFA would be preferable.
  • Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated experience performing work related to fair value of debt, equity, purchase price allocation, and/or goodwill impairments in a public accounting, consulting, or investment banking environment.
  • A fundamental understanding of financial valuation theory and methodologies, including discounted cash flow method, guideline public company method, and guidance transaction method.
  • Experience in valuing contingent consideration and valuation for mergers & acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Comprehensive experience with financial databases such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and other high-level tools.
  • Track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects and delivering under tight deadlines.
