This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive MIS (Management Information System) reporting framework for the finance department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate financial insights to support business decisions and performance tracking.

  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust MIS reporting system that provides actionable data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial and operational data from multiple business units.
  • Develop and present regular financial reports, including P&L analysis, cost variance analysis, and division-wise performance metrics.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, highlight deviations, and propose corrective actions to senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology advancements, regulatory changes, and best practices in data reporting.
  • Lead budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Implement and improve MIS processes using advanced Excel, ERP systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the financial reporting process.
  • Support strategic planning, financial modeling, and risk review meetings by providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, or related roles is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling is essential.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills are necessary to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate insights to senior leadership is crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
