Job Title: Operational Management Role

Summary: We are looking for an experienced professional with 3+ years of background in Operations, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of leadership and management.

Role Summary: This role involves shaping learning experiences for working professionals and contributing to the development of careers in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance learner outcomes.
  • Take ownership of processes, identify areas for improvement, and conduct root cause analysis to address gaps.
  • Drive success for learners in the Management and Education domain.
  • Lead and mentor a team of associates and senior associates.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Content, Delivery, Student Success, Careers, and Corporate Partnerships to achieve results.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting firms, fast-growing startups, or edtech companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and drive execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions.
  • Prior experience in managing a team of delivery executives (preferably in edtech).
