Marketing Manager Job Description

At ATSPL - Karnataka, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and program management, with a focus on developing and implementing effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Comprehensive Communication Strategies: Promote the IHS website for store onboarding and brand image across various channels (digital, social media, traditional media).
  2. Oversee Marketing Campaigns and Content: Create and implement compelling marketing campaigns and content that resonate with the target audience and drive store onboarding and retention.
  3. Utilize Marketing Tools: Optimize campaign performance, streamline workflows, and enhance lead generation and nurturing processes.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall store onboarding objectives and ensure seamless integration of messaging and branding.
  6. Marketing Performance Monitoring: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using key metrics and analytics tools to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on marketing KPIs.
  7. Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication, branding, and marketing automation, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance our marketing efforts.
Basic Qualifications:
  1. Professional Marketing Experience: 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  2. Creative Team Collaboration: 2+ years of working with creative teams, content managers, and marketers to bring brand promise to life.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  4. Excel or Tableau Experience: Experience with Excel or Tableau (data interpretation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  5. Cross-Functional Marketing Programs: Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Segmentation and Customer Profiles: 2+ years of segmentation and developing customer profiles experience.
  2. Quantitative and Qualitative Research: 2+ years of supporting quantitative and qualitative consumer research experience.
  3. B2B Marketing Experience: Experience of B2B marketing in offline/online platforms.
  4. Program or Project Management Experience: 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  5. Cross-Functional Team Experience: 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  6. Master's Degree: Master's degree.
