As a key member of the management team, you will oversee the performance of delegated responsibilities. You will drive the sales funnel management to achieve higher conversion rates, manage designing projects, and ensure customer experience and relationship management.
Main Responsibilities:- Guiding partners in optimizing their sales funnel strategy for improved conversion rates.
- Managing the design output of 12 to 15 projects month-on-month.
- Overseeing the work output of partner teams across five stores.
- Supporting the hiring process by conducting technical interviews.
- Developing designers' skills to achieve predictable sales and design output.
- Ensuring excellent customer experience and relationship management.
- Collaborating with category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market insights.
