Risk & Issue Management:

  • Proactively manage issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates, reporting on milestones, progress, and any potential risks.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and product management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve product development methodologies and tools.
