Director of Customer ExperienceAs a seasoned Director, you will lead the strategic development and execution of the product roadmap for our customer experience portfolio. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and ensure successful leadership positions in tier 1 vendor reports.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a strong presence in the CX platform markets by engaging with customers, partners, analysts, industry experts, and other influencers.
- Drive strategic clarity for the CX product differentiation through outside-in analysis of market, competitive, customer, and technological forces.
- Develop well-defined major release roadmaps that deliver significant value to customers.
- Work with Development, Customers, and Partners to ensure that the right features get built in a timely manner with excellent product quality.
- Ensure major release launch readiness by working with Marketing to create an impactful market message and rationalize pricing & packaging.

- Able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and communicate with diplomacy and tact.
- Able to influence cross-functional teams with thoughtful insight and without formal authority.

Experience:
- Proven background and in-depth knowledge of similar customer experience platforms.
- Knowledge of using Product Management tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Product Management experience is highly valued.
- Experience working with Sales, and Development teams is essential.
