IT Support Role

We are seeking an experienced IT support professional to fill a key position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels.
  • Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Test and validate applications to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and applications to provide expert advice to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of IT experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good business understanding of operational workflows
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Experience with non-clinical systems like:
  • HVAC
  • Facilities work order management
  • Key management
  • Risk/feedback reporting
  • Security incident reporting
  • Class tracking
  • Membership management
