  • Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and teamwork within the department.
  • Manage conflicts and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively.
  • Monitor and control the inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Implement safety and security procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree level education and experience in Food and Beverage management and supervising a team.
  • Fluency in the national language and English. Proficiency in a third language is an added advantage.
  • At least one year of experience as a supervisor or similar role.
