About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to fill a Digital Expert - Employer Branding position. This role involves managing and optimizing our career site, creating an engaging candidate experience, and leveraging technical expertise in CMS, SEO, UX/UI, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize User Experience: Manage and optimize the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our career site to attract and engage job seekers.
  • A/B Testing and Analytics: Implement A/B testing and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and increase conversion rates (applications).
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure the career site is technically sound and aligned with overall branding.
  • Content Management: Ensure the career site content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with our employer brand messaging.
Digital Experience Strategy & Innovation
  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a digital experience strategy that aligns with our employer branding goals.
  • Technology Updates: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends and technologies and identify opportunities to innovate our digital presence.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the digital experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual with 2-5 years of experience in web development, digital marketing, or career site management. Strong skills in website optimization, reporting, and digital platforms are essential.
