Job Title: Financial Accountant

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to manage accounting operations for our hotel and resort portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hotel accounting functions, including income journal loading, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders.

  • Perform daily income journal loading and reconcile revenues with supporting reports from property management systems (PMS).
  • Manage multi-currency bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Accounting Operations:

Assist in managing accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

Financial Analysis:

Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management and external stakeholders.

Compliance:

Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial transactions and reports, adhering to US accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in hotel accounting or related field.

• Strong knowledge of US accounting standards and regulations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
