Job Title: Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all guests receive a clean and comfortable room.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard, and that any issues or concerns are promptly addressed.
  • Manage Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Monitor and maintain high quality standards in all areas of housekeeping, including cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping operations, and implement corrective actions to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well under pressure; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
