**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Tranquil Hr Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling CRM software solutions to businesses over the phone or through video conferencing.

**Key Responsibilities**

Builiding strong relationships with customers and identifying their needs to offer tailored CRM solutions

Making engaging sales pitches and providing product information in a clear and concise manner

Closing sales and consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets

Ensuring customer satisfaction by managing existing accounts and providing exceptional support

**Requirements & Qualifications**

Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in any one of the Regional Languages like Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build rapport with customers

Bachelor's degree from any stream and 1-2 years of experience in Telesales

**Compensation & Benefits**

A competitive salary ranging from ₹2.4 Lacs to ₹3 Lacs Per Annum
