  • A master's degree in a relevant field, such as climate science, environmental studies, or sustainable development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in climate adaptation, resilience planning, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated involvement in developing or updating national climate action plans, particularly in developing country contexts.
  • Proficiency in conducting vulnerability and risk assessments and translating findings into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working with climate models and interpreting risk projections.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear policy guidance.
