Senior Telecommunications Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Telecommunications Engineer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience supporting Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • They will possess a basic knowledge of Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP, CUIC, and troubleshooting skills.
  • A strong understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP is also essential, as well as ITIL processes.
  • The selected candidate will have experience with Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices.
  • Knowledge of VOIP and Performance Management Tools, along with integration experience with other tools is required.
  • Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling is necessary.
  • The successful candidate will be able to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Experience working on Cisco Voice platform and CUCM, UCCE, UCCH, CVP platforms is mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Coordinate with Third Party Providers for problem resolution of telecommunication issues and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Perform advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities including system design issues, upgrade plans, technical product documentation creation, upgradation, and site coordination.
  • Serve as a point of contact for all service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations.
  • Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintain and update Knowledge Base and documentation, and initiate and implement process improvements.
