Strategic Communications Expert

As a highly skilled and experienced communications expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns that enhance our clients' reputation and drive business results.

  • Liaise daily with clients and the media via telephone and email to build strong relationships and networks.
  • Manage the PR aspect of a possible crisis, ensuring prompt and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and PR campaign progress, ensuring 100% client retention.

Media Monitoring & Coverage

  • Monitor traditional and digital media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media, podcasts, blogs, and newswires to collate, analyse, and evaluate media coverage.
  • Track newspapers, magazines, and websites for opportunities to promote our clients' products and services.

Publicity & Campaign Management

  • Plan publicity strategies and campaigns to create quarterly roadmaps and ensure effective execution.
  • Prepare briefs, scripts, campaign taglines, and responses for interviews, and write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media.

Event Management

  • Organize and manage press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits to promote our clients' products and services.
  • Attend and promote client events to media and PR platforms, and coordinate studio or location photography.

Brand Development

  • Develop and foster relationships with brands and 3rd parties on behalf of our organization, and develop quarterly and annual roadmaps in line with client business goals.
  • Leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities to grow our clients' businesses.

Influencer & Thought Leadership Engagement

  • Build relationships with industry leaders to grow awareness and keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencer activities.
  • Conduct trend forecasting for clients and their industries, and recommend communication strategies.

Research & Analysis

  • Commission and undertake market research to analyse industry trends affecting clients and recommend communication strategies.

Team Contribution

  • Motivate the team and encourage a friendly, open work environment, and maintain a network of resources to deploy when needed.
  • Ensure proper documentation across all initiatives, and contribute to the growth of the company through role ownership and accountability.
