Job Overview:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of successful execution and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital key performance indicators (KPIs), including Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and other metrics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and adaptability.
  • Fluent in English, with preference given to candidates who have successfully reported directly to founders or CMOs.
