Job Title: Assistant Manager - Influencer Outreach

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated influencer outreach specialist to join our team. As an influencer outreach specialist, you will be responsible for identifying the right influencers for a campaign, reaching out to them, getting their commercials, negotiating the cost, and executing the campaign.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Influencer Identification: Utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify influencers who align with the brand's target audience and campaign objectives.
  • Proactive Outreach and Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized communication via email, phone, or social media.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure favorable terms and agreements for campaign collaborations.
  • Content Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's messaging and values.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the influencer outreach team and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators throughout the duration of influencer campaigns, analyzing metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports detailing the performance and impact of influencer campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
