Senior Influencer Marketing Professional

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to take on the role of Senior Influencer Marketing Professional. In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be responsible for driving our rapid expansion into various influencer marketing-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across our influencer marketing vertical, focusing on increasing our influencer network and relationships.
  • With exceptional communication skills, you will work closely with clients to understand their influencer marketing requirements and develop tailored proposals and pitch decks.
  • You will research, recruit, and onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities, leveraging your negotiation tactics and process downloading expertise.
  • Maintaining our database of influencers and adding new talent to the assigned categories/genres will be another key responsibility.
  • You will build strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including premium celebrity/artist management agencies, networks of content creators, and micro-influencers.
  • Closing coordination and relationships with internal team members and external partners are crucial to seamless campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Social media savvy and 6-1 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Excellent networking skills, communication skills, and MS Office proficiency.
  • A solid understanding of social media insights & analytics, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain high margins for campaigns.
  • Reviewing campaign metrics, creating insightful reports, and providing reasoning for influencer activation.
