We are a fast-scaling performance marketing agency working with top affiliate networks and global brands. Our campaigns run directly on Google Ads, focusing on high-volume execution, CPC control, and maximizing click delivery for revenue growth.
Job Overview:
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing multiple Google Ads campaigns to meet daily and monthly click and CPC targets.
You'll work closely with our Head of Media Buying and Operations team to ensure campaigns run smoothly, stay within CPC limits, and avoid policy violations or overspending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize multiple Google Ads campaigns daily
- Achieve maximum daily clicks within target CPC
- Monitor campaign performance and take corrective action for abnormalities, CPC spikes, or underperformance
- Ensure full daily budget utilization without overspending
- Maintain account health by preventing policy violations and ad suspensions
- Adjust campaigns proactively before weekends or holidays to avoid click drops
- Report campaign performance, issues, and recommendations to the Head of Media Buying
- Maintain campaign tracking through in-house reporting tool
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Daily click targets met at or below CPC limit
- 100% budget utilization without exceeding CPC cap
- Zero preventable ad suspensions or policy violations
- Reduction in CPC over time while maintaining click volume
- Proactive handling of abnormalities before they impact revenue
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads campaign execution (Search, Display, Shopping preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CPC bidding, budget pacing, and campaign optimization
- Hands-on experience with campaign performance monitoring tools
- Familiarity with Google Ads policy compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot abnormalities quickly
- Ability to work extended hours if campaign health requires
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume affiliate marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
- History of meeting aggressive performance targets
