Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth service flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and taking orders with accuracy.
  • Manage cash and counter transactions accurately, balancing the counter at shift close.
  • Support in opening and closing duties of the cafe, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 12th Pass or Diploma Certification in F&B Hotel Management (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of cafe/restaurant experience (preferable) or freshers with good attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language.
