Corporate Experience Manager

Award-winning Awfis Space Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Experience Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our office space, managing a revenue exceeding 40 million INR, and driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and experience in building and growing a community. Key responsibilities include profit center management, sales target achievement, MIS reporting, budgeting, expense control, collections & renewals, vendor management, retail management, cost optimization, collaborative environment creation, client relationship management, business-specific events organization, client satisfaction & service delivery, and training & people development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to achieve sales targets and exceed additional revenue goals.
- Oversee all aspects of office operations, including facilities management, maintenance schedules, and asset management practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative environment through regular events, networking opportunities, and hyperlocal partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Organize and execute business-specific events to enhance community engagement.
- Drive client retention at the budgeted seat price by ensuring exceptional service delivery and timely renewals.
- Maintain and exceed target Client Satisfaction (CSAT) scores through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the coworking industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
