We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our category strategy and drive business growth. In this role, you will analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for product development and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor actions to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop comprehensive plans to drive top-line and bottom-line growth through targeted marketing and promotions
  • Manage the lifecycle of our products, including new product introductions and line extensions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute effective advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to premiumize our products and drive execution of BTL and digital strategies
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and generate insights for new developments
Product Development & Innovation:
  • Drive initiatives to develop and launch new products based on market insights and consumer demand
  • Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to position products and drive innovation
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing products and work with sales teams to optimize category performance
