Job Title

A transformative leadership opportunity has emerged for a seasoned delivery assurance expert. As the Service Delivery Assurance Head, you will be instrumental in shaping the organization's quality vision and driving strategic alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess 18+ years of experience in running large-scale delivery across applications and infrastructure, including modernization programs, quality management, delivery assurance or delivery leadership. A proven track record of implementing scalable frameworks is essential.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive Assurance Strategy that integrates governance, risk management, quality, and compliance across all service lines. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can champion a quality-centric culture into organizational DNA and data-based decision-making processes.

Additionally, the Service Delivery Assurance Head will establish robust delivery assurance frameworks and governance models for consistent client outcomes. Strong commercial acumen with experience in margin assurance and P&L impact is required.

Global delivery experience across diverse industries/geographies is a must. The ideal candidate will also have experience leading large-scale transformation (Cloud Migrations and App Modernization) programs and managing multi-vendor environments.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, or related field, is necessary.
  • Quality certifications in ISO 27001/ISO 9001/ISO 20000 are essential.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred) and Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a strong plus.
