Delivery Assurance Leadership

As a leader in delivery assurance, you will oversee the implementation of comprehensive strategies that integrate governance, risk management, quality, and compliance across all service lines.

Strategic Vision & Culture Transformation:

  • Design and implement a robust assurance strategy that aligns with business objectives and fosters a culture of quality and accountability.
  • Champion a quality-centric culture through data-driven decision-making processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Delivery Excellence & Client Success:

  • Establish and maintain robust delivery assurance frameworks to ensure consistent client outcomes and meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct independent delivery reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and drive predictable delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients and engagement leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive commercial success.

Risk Intelligence & Compliance:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, compliance, and strategic risks to ensure organizational resilience and adaptability.
  • Develop and implement proactive problem-solving methodologies to address complex issues before they impact delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to global standards and regulatory requirements, interfacing with crisis management and incident response teams as needed.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Build outcome-based metrics and analytics to drive insights and quality improvements.
  • Foster an innovation mindset through structured improvement programs and lessons learned frameworks.

Leadership & Business Impact:

  • Lead high-performing assurance teams and build strong relationships with executive stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Drive commercial success through margin assurance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Support business development with delivery assurance perspectives in solutioning and RFPs.

Who You Are:

Experience & Background:

  • 18+ years in running large-scale delivery across applications and infrastructure, including modernization programs, quality management, delivery assurance, or delivery leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in margin assurance and P&L impact.
  • Global delivery experience across diverse industries/geographies.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Quality certifications in ISO 27001/ISO 9001/ISO 20000.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred).
