Advanced Intelligence: Senior Data Scientist Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to assume a key position within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science methods and tools, including simulation model building principles, machine learning, and best practices.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement point forecasting and probabilistic forecasting models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Build agent-based simulation models using Anylogic (desired).
  • Design and develop hierarchical forecasting models.
  • Cross-validate forecasting models using rolling-window, expanding-window, K-fold, and hold-out techniques.
Requirements:
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Sciences, Engineering, or a quantitative-related field.
  • Minimum of 5-9 years of working experience as a Data Scientist in industry.
  • Deep knowledge of data science methods and tools including simulation model building principles, machine learning, and best practices.
