Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team.

  • As a key member of the data science team, you will lead and manage a team of data scientists to develop advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied Machine Learning, AI, and analytics with a proven track record of developing AI/ML models and algorithms.
  • Develop predictive/prescriptive models, algorithms, and prototypes to support business decisions.
  • Candidates must have strong programming skills in scripting languages like Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, Spark with ML tools & Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • A Master's or bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is required.

Requirements:

  • A B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA from a top-tier institute preferably in a quantitative subject.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop data science strategies aligned with those objectives.
  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning and statistical models using Python libraries such as numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, tensorflow, etc.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for analysis.
  • Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
