**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our infrastructure engineering efforts. As a Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, optimization, and service delivery across our global organization.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end operating model ownership within our organization.
  • Engage with business stakeholders regularly to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as the single point of accountability and escalation for technology service provisioning to clients, the business, and our organization.
  • Ensure execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with our strategy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on compute and storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container, and network services.
  • 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SRE, Automation, and Telemetry/AI Ops.
  • Experience setting up and managing command center for triaging and quickly restoring services.
  • Strong hold on Change Success and Proactive Problem Management.
