Job Overview

Mindtickle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer to join our Learning Architect team. As a critical component of our customers' success, we help ensure their sales teams consume the content created for them. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, owning the end-to-end project lifecycle, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, chunk, and recreate existing customer content into bite-sized learning materials.
• Design and develop engaging content using tools like PowerPoint, Camtasia, and Goanimate.
• Create project estimates and ensure timely delivery.
• Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to own the project from start to finish.
• Develop best practices for content creation for distributed and on-the-go sales teams.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing sales content to identify emerging patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Content Developer, or Content Designer.
• Advanced skills in needs analysis, storyboarding, scripting, and module production/development.
• Experience driving projects end-to-end with SMEs from analysis to final deployment.
• Hands-on experience using PowerPoint and eLearning authoring tools like Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate, or Rise.
• Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines, owning and driving projects from ideation to final deployment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with learning management systems.
• Pursued a Bachelor's degree.
• Instructional Design Certification (preferred).
