Key Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Expert to lead our hotel and flight contracting initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end contracting, product development, and supply chain optimization to enhance our travel offerings.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Contracting:
    • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with hotels, resorts, and accommodation providers across domestic and international markets.
    • Negotiate contracts that ensure competitive rates, exclusive deals, and value-added services.
    • Monitor performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Flights Contracting:
    • Manage airline partnerships, negotiate fares, commissions, and seat allotments.
    • Develop relationships with carriers and consolidators to optimize flight supply.
    • Integrate flight inventory into company systems seamlessly.
  • Product Development:
    • Design and develop innovative travel products/packages combining hotels, flights, and experiences.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to enhance the product portfolio.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch successful products.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in supply chain management, hotel contracting, airline contracting, or travel product development.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent industry connections with hotels, DMCs, and airline partners.
  • Proven track record of creating and managing profitable travel products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
