We are seeking highly motivated and organized candidates to join our team as an International Voice Customer Service Representative. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, resolving their queries, and providing solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to handle pressure effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational shifts is also essential. A minimum educational qualification of Any Graduate is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Document call information according to standard procedures.
- Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service/International BPO preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Minimum educational qualification: Any Graduate (Freshers eligible).
