Security Support Specialist Opportunity

We seek a skilled Security Support Specialist to provide high-quality application support for our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure HSMs and key management solutions in test environments, ensuring seamless integration with partner platforms (IAM, cloud, backup, database, storage, etc.)
  • Validate interoperability and document results and configurations, suggesting product adaptations or enhancements as needed
  • Develop clear and concise integration documentation and solution briefs, collaborating closely with partner engineers, product managers, and alliance leaders
  • Work on new and existing integrations, creating comprehensive integration guides
  • Requirements:
  • 4–10 years of experience in system integration, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments, with hands-on experience with HSMs, PKI, cryptographic key management, and enterprise encryption solutions
  • Familiarity with IAM and PKI systems: Microsoft AD/ADCS, Okta, BeyondTrust, HID, and experience integrating with various technologies such as web services, databases, backup and storage, cloud BYOK/HYOK, and Kubernetes
