We are seeking a results-driven Sync Placement Specialist to join our team on a freelance/contract basis.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in securing sync placements and building relationships with music supervisors, creative directors, producers, and sync teams globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pitch our diverse catalogue to top-tier music supervisors, advertising agencies, music libraries, production houses, and brands.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry professionals.
  • Track and manage pitches, leads, and placements to ensure maximum visibility and success.
  • Explore secondary business opportunities for our catalogue songs, including pitching to labels, artists, and producers for covers, remixes, and collaborations.
  • Stay ahead of sync trends, industry requests, and content needs across entertainment and advertising.
  • Provide regular reporting on activity, progress, and revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of securing sync placements and building supervisor relationships.
  • Excellent research skills for identifying potential sync opportunities.
  • Contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with the global underground music scene is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
