Job Title: Compensation and Rewards Expert

The Compensation and Rewards Expert will play a vital role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives by implementing competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit programs. This position requires a strong understanding of compensation principles, including job evaluation, benchmarking, market analysis, and compensation program design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in operational conversion of strategic objectives related to rewards and compensation.
  • Implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit programs aligned with corporate guidelines.
  • Analyze labor market trends and provide input to business on salary structure and adjustments based on survey data.
  • Perform analyses on market and internal data to ensure competitiveness of reward structure with relevant external market.
  • Report and interpret analysis results and make recommendations that support establishment of rewards programs aligned with organization's strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient daily rewards processes to support dedicated client group.
  • Contribute to rewards projects at country or BU level.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor / first university degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of applicable experience.
  • Experience in rewards or other P&O discipline.
  • Solid understanding of and practical experience in applied compensation principles.
  • Operational excellence, governance, and compliance.
  • Ability to perform complex analyses and work with rewards and P&O systems.
