Job Title:

A highly experienced Senior Rewards Expert is sought to shape and execute global performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards strategies.

  • Develop and implement global policies and systems
  • Lead impactful projects and collaborate with professionals across the organization
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting
  • Develop and implement global compensation planning and employee rewards strategies
  • Interpret complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions using strong analytical skills
  • Use good judgment, be discreet and highly trustworthy, and demonstrate ethical conduct along with high level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)

  • Advanced MS Excel skills
