Talent Sourcing Specialist

At our organization, we seek a skilled professional to support volume hiring efforts in various locations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and attracting top talent.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs, providing strategic guidance on recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives, including determining the number, skills, and experience of new hires needed to improve productivity.
  • Design, plan, acquire, budget, and forecast talent requirements, ensuring seamless integration with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide recruitment counsel and guidance, streamlining the end-to-end recruitment process from board approval to onboarding.
  • Lead multiple special projects/initiatives to drive innovation and improvement in our recruitment processes.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in recruitment and selection, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, background checks, and offers.
  • Translate business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising leadership teams on risk management and working closely with them to design and develop recruiting focus areas that deliver against business commitments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience.
  • Proven track record in managing people and leading high-performing teams.
  • Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
