  6. Collaborate with regional leaders and key functions to ensure timely adherence to NPL milestones.
  7. Foster NPL talent through coaching, performance management, and setting clear expectations.
  8. Oversee a team of planners and launch managers.
  9. Have a strong understanding of oncology/specialty products in Europe and emerging markets.
  10. Provide insights on customer preferences and product potential in the European market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (e.g., MS, MBA) in a relevant discipline.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 20+ years in planning, NPL, or a related role in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of planning, product development, regulatory processes, and launch management.
  • Familiarity with pre-clinical, clinical, CMC, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions.
