Job Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead our design efforts and create high-impact features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end product initiatives across web, mobile, and new platforms.
  • Define visual direction ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh and consistent.
  • Design polished user interfaces from wireframes to prototypes balancing beauty and usability.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design preferably in media or high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma and strong typography composition skills.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders.

What You'll Work On:

  • Redesign personalized home feed and article reading experience.
  • Launch community-first features like polls reactions loyalty rewards gamification elements.
  • Shape visual identity of newsletters and editorial storytelling assets.
  • Build internal tools for editorial and community managers.
