Associate Director Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Associate Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business transformation initiatives, conceptualizing and implementing enterprise architecture, and managing existing applications.

  • Drive business transformation initiatives and develop roadmaps for IT applications.
  • Conceptualize and implement enterprise architecture, including TOGAF.
  • Manage existing applications, including PeopleSoft and Microsoft SharePoint modules.
  • Develop and manage ERP upgrade strategies and roadmaps.
  • Address change management needs while implementing new initiatives.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify areas of automation and execute plans.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure successful multi-vendor initiative delivery.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to operations teams on application-related issues.
  • Implement and manage enhancements and large changes in applications.
  • Review and ensure best solution approaches are followed during implementations.
  • Lead strong leadership and people management skills and results-oriented decision making.
