Job Title: Proposal Development Specialist
About the Role:

This is a key position within our Sales Enablement team, responsible for providing high-quality proposals and RFP responses to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review client requirements and develop tailored proposals that meet their needs.

  2. Collaborate with the pursuit team to resolve open items during the proposal development process.

  3. Perform final reviews of proposals drafts and ensure timely completion of proposals with expected quality parameters.

  4. Develop and maintain knowledge of the Wealth business, service offerings, and strategic priorities.

  5. Carry out content management activities, including collecting and updating content for proposal database and extracting best practice content.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of RFP processes and procedures.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of tools like Dynamics CRM, QorusDocs/Qvidian, Sharepoint etc.

  • Understanding of different plan types like Defined Contribution (DC) and Defined Benefits (DB) and Not-For-Profits (NFPs).
