We are seeking a seasoned freelancer with expertise in Oracle SOA & HRMS Technical Consultancy to support integration and technical development requirements in Oracle E-Business Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Deliver synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk integrations, including JSON/XML-based solutions.
  • Perform thorough testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
  • Develop and customize RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.
  • Work on Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits).
  • Build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues independently with minimal support.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP).
  • Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation.
  • Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a freelance/remote setup.
